Here are the details for the design team's summer virtual crop...We are going on vacation for the summer. During this crop, instead of trying to rack up points...you are trying to earn miles. Miles:non-challenge layouts: 2 milesnon-challenge "blank" layouts: 1 milechallenge layouts: 10 milesnon-challenge cards: 1 milechallenge cards: 5 milesphoto challenges: 1 mileThere will also be opportunities to earn BONUS MILES. Keep checking in...you never know when they will appear!!You will earn miles for posting as well. The number of miles depends on the number of crop participants. Example: If 15 people participate (I hope we have a lot more though), the person with the most points will earn 15 miles, the second most 14, etc.Chats: We will be having weekly chats. Dates/times TBA, but you will earn 5 miles per chat.Games: There will be games as well to earn miles. Games are TBA but miles are as follows:1 mile: participation5 miles: 3rd place10 miles: 2nd place15 miles: WINNERChallenges:There will be a Destination Challenge posted every Sunday...you have until midnight Saturday night to complete that challenge to be entered into the drawing for a prize. You can complete a Destination Challenge after the deadline, but then you only get the miles for completing the challenge, no entry into the drawing. (Destination challenges earn 10 miles...same as the other challenges.)There will also be challenges posted every day Monday-Saturday July 20-August 7, you have until the end of the crop to complete those challenges. Each challenge can be completed twice to earn challenge miles.Complete all the challenges to earn 50 BONUS MILESThere will only be a Destination Challenge the final week (August 9-15) to allow you time to complete all the challenges and earn tons of miles!Now...on to the best part...PRIZES!!!There will be a drawing for a prize for each destination challenge - complete the challenge before the deadline to be entered into the drawing.There will also be a "crop queen" who will earn a prize for earning the most miles and a drawing from all participants for a "runner-up" prize.Look at this thread http://wisconsinscrappers.com/public_html/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=1639 for details on prizes donated!
